1) The Spitfire Barbeque Truck
Their tagline reads “It’s no sin to get sauce on your chin.” And is anything else more agreeable? Some of their must-try stuff includes New York-style Chilli Hot Dogs, Hickory-Smoked Barbecue Chilli Chicken Pops, and slow cooked Pork Ribs. Get drooling!

2) The Great Indian Bhukkad

3) Fuel Up

5) Le Casse Croûte
This was launched on September 12. It operates out of Alliance Francaise de Bangalore and is the first French food truck in the city. The meaning of the name is light snack or meal. They have an extensive spread boasting of French croq or toasted sandwiches such as the Monsieur Le Goff, a sandwich stuffed with fresh prawns and homemade aioli or the Monsieur Martin with bacon, eggs, Béchamel sauce, mustard and veggies. The side dishes include Homemade gazpacho soup and French fries and homemade Caramel Cream made with salted butter too! Do we need to ask for more?
6) The Lalit Food Truck Company
Owned by the The Lalit Ashok hotel in Bangalor, this food truck serves up some great Mexican bites. The menu includes Fiery Vegetable Chimichanga, Jalapeño Omelette Sandwich, Chicken Quesadillas, and even combos They have chocolate brownies served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a thick Oreo shake for dessert.
